It's been a good day.
Work wasn't that interesting, but it wasn't a bad work day. Which is always good. Actually didn't have to deal with any angry customers today.
After work, did my running. Than a wee bit of poking around on Bloor Street. Sweet sales at La Senza and Root.
Came home to a package all the way from Ireland (mailed on the 24th - what kind of crazy postal service do you have in the UK?? Can you send them to Canada?? Across the ocean in 3 days!!)
From my fabulous Knitter's Treat Exchanger, Isobel from Tea and Cakes. Who is one of the hostesses for the whole event.
All sorts of fabulous goodies.
Nice coloured print outs of the Seduction Socks and a Sock Bug pattern. Very cute sheepy notebook and pen. Knit Today (which I've seen in stores here, but it's always locked away in a plastic bag so you can't flip through it. And being a British magazine it's about $17 here and there's no way I'm paying that much if I can't look at it first). Also a good gossipy magazine - excellent tub reading.
Cute card. Coconut bath bomb and body butter (my fav) from the Body shop. Fizzy fish (I've eaten half the bag). Loove gummy candies. You know those gross looking red marshmellow strawberries - love them. I don't know anyone else that does. My staff think they're weird.
Lovely purply Donegal Tweed. Mystery laceweight - most likely linen. Was going to buy purple laceweight at the Frolic tomorrow.
Little bag with more goodies. Looks handmade. It's even lined.
Goodies inside the bag
More Body Shop goodness. Cadbury chocolate (hiding this from the BF - he stole most of the candy from my SP gift). Hand-dyed sock yarn.
Yay! What a fab gift. Thank you so much!
I love exchanges. Both my KTE exchanger and my SP are great. I just need to wait now for both of my spoilees to recieve their packages.
